Testing Process

At Jaytronixx every device we sell, has been fully vetted before being offered for sale. What does that mean ? Well that goes all the back to sourcing devices. From the beginning, we have specialized in sourcing great stock at even better prices. We have narrowed down to exclusive deals with some of the best in the nation. What does this all mean for you? Better devices, better prices, better warranties! Once we receive a device it starts the vetting process in this order:

1. Device IMEI/Serial number is verified with CheckMend.com to make sure it has no outstanding bills, liens, or has ever been blacklisted. 
2. Next, the device is connected to our propriety computer software which tests all of the device functions. 
3. Once a device has passed testing, it is then manually tested for functions the computer can not test such as camera quality, mic and speaker volume.
4. Once a device has been fully tested, a trained tech will inspect it and make sure it has no missing screws, plates, or any replaced parts that are not up to our OEM standards. 
5. Next our techs will perform a complete data wipe insuring no previous data is on the device
6.  We then clean each device including the charger port, speaker mesh, any input areas. Device is then ran through a sanitizing machine.
7. Lastly the devices are left to charge connected to a battery draining software. This software will charge then drain the battery to insure it is charging and lasting according to its capacity. 

 

So, as you can see, a lot goes into making sure the device you receive is in tip top shape! Not only this but we stand behind each device with a 60 day warranty. So if in the case we've missed something, we will fix it or replace it for free!
